Friday November 17th
12:00 pm – Gates open for sponsors only
5:00 pm – Gates open for drivers and RV camping

Saturday November 18th No Prep Roll Race schedule
7:30 am – Gates open for drivers
8:00 am – Gates open for spectators
8:15 am – Tech inspection open
9:00 am – Mandatory driver’s meeting (meet at starting line)
9: 30 am – Qualifying (8 fastest MPH from each class will move on to the finals)
12:30 pm – 30 minute lunch break
1:00 pm – No prep roll race finals (8 fastest cars from each class)
6:00 pm – End of the race
6:30 pm – Award ceremony
7:30 pm – Gates close

Sunday November 19th Half Mile schedule
7:30 am – Gates open for drivers
8:00 am – Gates open for spectators
8:15 am – Tech inspection open
9:00 am – Mandatory driver’s meeting (meet at starting line)
9:30 am – Half Mile racing starts
1:00 pm – 30 minute lunch break
1:30 pm – Half Mile racing re-starts
5:00 pm – End of the race
6:00 pm – Award ceremony
7:30 pm – Gates close
